How do I place an order on your website?

If emailing or messaging us, please let us know which furniture item(s) you’d like to purchase and include your phone number and we’ll get in touch with you.

How long does it take to confirm an order?

Orders are usually confirmed within one working day.

Will I receive an invoice with my purchase?

Yes, we can provide invoices for both individuals and businesses. If you’re ordering on behalf of a company, please include your business details in the comments section at checkout.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please contact us by emailing [email protected] or phoning us on +353 81 8002780.

We’ll ask you to provide either your order number or the contact details you used when placing your order.

Is it possible to view items in a showroom or purchase in-store?

We’re an online-only store and do not have a physical shop or showroom.

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

All orders are delivered free of charge to your home address in Ireland (to locations accessible by van), either to your doorstep or directly to the selected room of your choice. Please take note that we do not provide delivery to offshore islands not connected by a bridge at the moment.

What is the expected delivery time?

Delivery times depend on the product(s) you’ve ordered. Estimated delivery times are listed in each product’s description and are counted in working days from the date your order is confirmed.

When will my furniture be delivered?

We strive to schedule delivery times that are convenient for you. Prior to the furniture delivery, our delivery partner will reach out to you to arrange a specific delivery time. On the day of the scheduled delivery, delivery partner will contact you before arriving at your home.

Will I be contacted before delivery?

Yes. On the day of the scheduled delivery, our delivery partner will contact you before arriving at your home. You will also be informed at least a day before the delivery.

Am I able to select a preferred delivery date?

We aim to accommodate your preferred delivery times. Prior to the furniture delivery, our delivery partner will reach out to you to arrange a specific delivery time.

Will the driver carry the furniture inside?

Yes. Carry-in service is included at no extra cost, so your furniture will be delivered to the room of your choice.

What happens if there’s a delivery delay?

If your furniture is delayed, we’ll inform you in advance using the contact details provided with your order. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to email us at [email protected] or call +353 81 8002780.

How do I check the status of my order?

You may track your order using your order number along with the email address or phone number provided at checkout. You can do so here.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with cash or mobile payment on delivery, or in advance using popular bank card (Visa, Mastercard) and mobile payment methods (Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal) or Klarna (pay in full or pay in 3 installments).

When will I receive a refund if I cancel a paid order?

Refunds are typically processed within one working day.

What is the ‘Good price guarantee’?

Our ‘Good price guarantee’ means that if you find the same item at a lower price on another online shop operating in Ireland, we’ll match that price and deliver your furniture free of charge.

What should I do if my furniture is faulty?

If your item arrives with a fault or damage, please email [email protected] with clear photos or a video of the issue. Our warranty team will review the situation and get in touch with you to offer a solution.

Is there a manufacturer’s warranty?

Yes. All our furniture comes with a 24-month warranty, unless a longer period is specified by the manufacturer. The warranty begins on the day your order is delivered.

How long does it take to receive warranty parts?

Replacement parts under warranty usually take 10 to 20 business days, depending on the supplier.

What does the 365-day money-back guarantee mean?

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 365 calendar days.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and unassembled. You’ll find more information about returns here.

Is the furniture already assembled?

Most furniture arrives flat-packed for home assembly. Assembly instructions are included.

Do you provide furniture assembly upon delivery?

You can request a furniture assembly service through our delivery partner for an extra fee.

Do you offer old furniture removal services?

Our delivery partner offers old furniture removal services. For an additional fee, you can request this service directly through them.

Are wall-mounting fittings supplied with the item?

Wall-mounting fittings are included with all furniture pieces that require wall mounting.

May I select a different colour from the one displayed?

Available colours are listed for each product. If no options are shown, the item is only available in the colour displayed on the website.

Do you make custom furniture?

We don’t offer custom-made furniture, but we’re happy to help you find the right item from our available product assortment.

Do you offer kitchen measurement services?

We don’t currently provide kitchen measuring services. However, we’re happy to help you choose kitchen cabinets based on standard dimensions.

Is it possible to customise kitchen furniture sets?

Details about customisation are included in the description of each kitchen set. If available, you’ll have the option to select and order individual cabinets from the same collection to create your own layout. Why can certain furniture only be purchased in even quantities?

The minimum order quantity for certain furniture items is determined by the manufacturer. Some manufacturers package their products in pairs or sets, meaning they are only available to purchase in even numbers.
