Right of withdrawal

If you purchase online, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you wish to return your order, contact us at [email protected] or +353 81 8002780 within 14 days. Once the product is returned, we’ll refund you within 14 days.

While the product(s) are in your possession, you are responsible for taking reasonable and appropriate care of them. To be eligible for return, the product(s) must remain in their original packaging, not used or worn and with labels that are intact and in good condition.

Refunds will be issued to your bank account once the returned items have been received and inspected.

365-day money-back guarantee

If you're not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return it within 365 calendar days for a full refund. We'll take care of the returned items - we'll pick them up for free within 5 working days unless agreed otherwise.

Conditions for eligibility

  • To qualify for the 365-day money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
  • - The returned product must be in its original, pristine packaging. Note: For product inspection, you may remove the tapes used to seal the package.
  • - The product that has been assembled or partially assembled cannot be returned.
  • - The product must remain undamaged by the buyer.
  • - The product must retain its original commercial appearance, including intact labels and undamaged protective film, and must remain fully functional. Note: This condition does not apply to returns of defective products.
  • - The returned item must include all original components and accessories, as received.
  • - Used products cannot be returned.

Note: Returns can only be collected from locations accessible by a cargo minibus.

Refunds

We will transfer the refunded amount to your bank account the day after the furniture is returned. Please take note that other types of paid services are non-refundable (e.g. assembly service, etc.).

24-month quality guarantee

All furniture comes with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty. Warranty details are available in the product description, alongside other product specifications.

Before assembling the furniture, we recommend carefully inspecting all parts to ensure there are no visible defects. We also advise keeping the original packaging, as the product model information printed on the packaging may be required for warranty service.

  • Warranty validity conditions:
  • The 24-month manufacturer’s warranty is valid under the following conditions:
  • - The furniture was assembled in accordance with the provided instructions.
  • - The product has been used as intended and maintained according to the recommended care guidelines.
  • - The warranty covers manufacturing defects and any damage caused during transit.
  • - The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear of furniture components or upholstery fabrics.
  • The buyer is not eligible for warranty coverage in these cases:
  • - The furniture was damaged due to improper use or handling by the buyer.
  • - Damage was caused by force majeure events (e.g. fire, flooding, natural disasters).
  • - The furniture was altered or modified by the buyer in any way.

Warranty claim process:

If you discover that a product is of poor quality after purchase, you may return it within 24 months from the date of delivery. In such cases, we will either replace the faulty product with a new one or refund the full amount paid. Returned goods will be collected within 5 working days.

However, if you notice any product defects during the warranty period, contact us by e-mail at [email protected] and attach a photo or other visual material (video) in which the mentioned defects are clearly visible. We undertake to eliminate manufacturing defects identified during the warranty period within 10–20 working days from the date of registration of the claim. We will correct or replace other discrepancies in quantity or quality at our own expense.

It is important to note that the manufacturer's warranty does not apply to naturally worn parts of furniture or furniture fabric.

Dispute resolution:

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your written complaint regarding a purchase from Furniture1.ie, you may submit a complaint through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu. Please also inform the Furniture1.ie team if you choose to do so at [email protected].

Warranty service form

  • The personal data entered in the form must match the data of the person who placed the order.

 

If the furniture or its packaging is damaged, please provide a photo clearly showing the damage. If a part is missing, please mark the required part in the assembly instructions as shown in this example. Also, include photos of all labels/stickers found on the packaging.

Note: The maximum file size for attachments is 25 MB.
