Free delivery

All orders are delivered free of charge throughout Denmark (to a place where a cargo minibus can reach). For an additional fee, our delivery partner can deliver the furniture to your doorstep.

We ensure the safe arrival of your furniture by partnering with trusted delivery services that use specialized transport for all orders across Denmark. Your packages are handled with the utmost care, and we take full responsibility for them until they reach your home safely.

Convenient delivery time

We strive to schedule delivery times that are convenient for you. Prior to the furniture delivery, our delivery partner will reach out to you to arrange a specific delivery time. On the day of the scheduled delivery, delivery partner will contact you before the actual arrival.

Delivery term

The estimated delivery time is indicated in the product description and is calculated from the day of order confirmation. Once your order has been confirmed and processing has commenced, we will notify you via email. You can track the status of your order here.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

We aim to accommodate your preferred delivery times. Prior to the furniture delivery, our delivery partner will reach out to you to arrange a specific delivery time.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order using your order number and the email address or phone number you provided at checkout. You can do so here.

Does the driver bring the furniture inside?

Yes. Carry-in service is included at no extra cost. Your furniture will be delivered to the room of your choice.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the product(s) you’ve ordered. Estimated delivery times are listed in each product’s description and are counted in business days from the date your order is confirmed.

How much does delivery cost?

All orders are delivered free of charge to your home address in Ireland (to locations accessible by van), either to your doorstep or directly to the selected room of your choice. Please take note that we do not provide delivery to offshore islands at the moment.

For an additional fee, you can request furniture assembly service through our delivery partner.

What happens if there’s a delay?
