Thermoformed MDF

The main feature of these panels is their seamless design and rounded corners. The MDF panel (medium-density fibreboard) is milled, with its edges rounded and coated with adhesive. A decorative foil is then applied in a vacuum onto the MDF panel. Under negative pressure, the foil adheres to the surface and fuses with it. After the process, the excess foil is trimmed at the back of the panel. This method prevents the formation of visible panel joints.

Soft-close mechanism

This mechanism is particularly effective in preventing doors and drawers from slamming shut. Thanks to special dampers, the doors and drawers are slowed down just before closing and gently drawn in, ensuring a completely silent operation.

Scratch-resistant

The furniture surface is coated with a clear material that protects against minor scratches. This coating not only makes the furniture scratch-resistant, but also provides improved protection against moisture and stains.
