The shoe rack looks great in our entryway and is of good quality. However, the interior isn't well thought out: if you put two shelves together, the space between each one is too small, and the vertical partition means only one and a half pairs of shoes fit on each shelf (see photo). The instructions are a bit complicated to follow. Excellent customer service: the shoe rack arrived with a broken side arm, and they sent us another one without any problems.

Pero el interior no está bien pensada: si pones las dos estantes, el espacio de cada una queda muy baja, y la partición vertical significa que solo caben un par y medo uno en cada balda (ver foto). Las instucciones son un poco complicadas de seguir. Buen servicio al cliente: el zapatero vino con un brazo lateral roto y nos enviaron otro sin problema.

The hinges aren't cushioned, which means the doors easily make a noise when closing and require bumpers. We also ordered the shoe rack, and the package came with six hooks and two boards for wall mounting, which we didn't expect.
