Better quality than I expected

Better quality than I expected, really happy with the purchase and the price. It came on time, delivery was great the guy ,I dont know how he managed to even bring it from the van it was so heavy fair play to him. My only negative is the pieces of wood are not marked with a sticker or number so I had no idea which piece I was looking for off the instructions but we managed and it looks fab in the room.

Worst quality product I've ever seen

Very poor quality product. We have purchased a bed from them and a sofa. The bed arrived first, bad packaging, bad quality overall, fittings weren't in place, the assembly instructions are subpar to say the least, the bed came without the entire array of screws needed to assemble, the protection boards underneath broke when we put them in place, the quality of the screws provided is so poor they actually snapped on assembly, a total disaster honestly. I have never seen such a poor product and for the price they are asking for their products you can find high quality products with showrooms. When I asked to return the product they initially tried to blame me and the floor for not being level, which it is, then realizing the issue is the poor quality of their product they started suggesting discounts of 30%, then 70% then to finally refund me fully, they didn't even come to collect the product after refunding me due to the fact that it takes them a few weeks to get someone to collect the item, so I had to dispose of it myself if I wanted it done in a timely manner. I guess them not having any interest in collecting their item just shows they know their product is just literal garbage. I have canceled my sofa order and I will never purchase from this company, definitely avoid since other companies on the market actually sell quality products even for way cheaper.

I waited two weeks

I waited two weeks, the order arrived, but it wasn't mine. I waited an extra three days to get my order. It arrived in a torn and battered box. When we assembled the table, it was also scratched.

Delivery was on time

Delivery was on time. None of the materials were numbered. It was like a jigsaw puzzle guessing were everything went. The materials are not good quality.The wood chipped when screwing in the screws, recommend you screw everything in slowly. I'm happy with the end result. The fire give off a warm glow.
