The shoe rack looks great in our entryway and is of good quality. However, the interior isn't well thought out: if you put two shelves together, the space between each one is too small, and the vertical partition means only one and a half pairs of shoes fit on each shelf (see photo). The instructions are a bit complicated to follow. Excellent customer service: the shoe rack arrived with a broken side arm, and they sent us another one without any problems.
