It is easy to maintain, there are no problems, the fabric is excellent, soft, so that even the corner does not attract the cat, my old one was ruined by scratches. The only drawback I would point out is the poorly upholstered auxiliary bed that can be pulled out. The corner legs are also quite good, metal, durable.
