Zig Zag springs

Zigzag springs are among the most popular choices in upholstered furniture manufacturing. They are mounted at equal spacing along the furniture frame. 'Click-Clack' unfolding mechanism

This simple unfolding mechanism is extremely easy to use. With just two movements, the furniture transforms into a bed. Lift the seat section until you feel it lock into place, then lower it to fully unfold the unit into a sleeping position. To return it to its original form, simply repeat the steps in reverse. Before transforming the furniture, it’s recommended to leave a small gap between the wall and the back of the sofa to avoid damaging the wall when lifting the seat. This mechanism also includes a built-in storage compartment – perfect for keeping bedding neatly tucked away.
