We are 100% satisfied with the bed! The upholstered wooden frame can be about 2.5-3 cm thick and very solid, as is the backrest. The metal closed-section frame holding the mattress itself is stable, well-made and very accurate hole distances, no new holes had to be drilled, no holes had to be expanded. The bed does not creak or creak!
