Additional information

Velvet

Velvet has a luxurious look and feel, with a soft surface and subtle shift in shade depending on the light. It looks particularly striking in rich tones like deep green, brown, grey, and blue. Blended with synthetic fibres, viscose, or polyamide for added durability, it is a fabric well worth considering for your upholstered furniture and decorative cushions. Over time, velvet may naturally develop subtle variations in texture and shading as the pile settles. This is a normal characteristic of the fabric and does not affect its quality. However, proper care helps keep the fabric looking its best and prevents unwanted damage. To refresh the pile, brush gently with a soft-bristled brush or use a handheld steamer. Spills should be blotted immediately with an absorbent cloth – do not rub, as friction may damage the fibres. Use only specialised velvet cleaners, and always test on an inconspicuous area first.

Designed for wall placement

The back is covered in technical fabric. Designed for placement against a wall.

Spring lift mechanism

The spring-assisted mechanism works using built-in springs that absorb part of the load, making it easier to lift the bed base. While the springs ease the lifting process, some effort is still required from the user. If needed, the strength of the mechanism can be reduced simply by removing one or more springs.

Fabrics

Dream Velvet fabric

A soft, matte fabric with a surface that is resistant to liquid absorption. Spilled liquids form into small droplets that can be easily removed with a dry cloth. The fabric also offers increased resistance to scratches caused by pet claws. Thanks to its delicate surface texture, the fabric subtly shifts in shade depending on the lighting, adding depth and elegance to any interior. To maintain its appearance and performance, it is recommended to clean the surface using only gentle, upholstery-specific cleaning products.
