Wall-fastening information. Wall-mounted or hanging furniture does not come with mounting screws, so you will need to take care of them individually. Select mounting hardware based on the weight of the furniture and the type of wall (e.g., drywall, masonry, wood, etc.). Furniture maintenance. To keep your furniture functional and aesthetically pleasing, proper care is essential:
