The transport company contacted us beforehand and agreed on a date that worked for both parties, which was very convenient. However, the furniture was a bit of a disappointment. The quality is quite basic, with some plastic details that look rather cheap. Furthermore, assembly was complicated: the instructions are unclear, and all the parts (screws, etc.) came mixed together in a single bag, which made the process much more difficult.
