The service from the online store was very good from start to finish and it took about 4 weeks from the time I placed the order to delivery, which was reasonable. The couch itself was easy to assemble and fits perfectly in the space I had in mind. It's comfortable, well made, and looks very close to the pictures online. The only small difference is the color, which leans more towards a very light gray rather than ecru, but it works beautifully in the room. The delivery service was also great overall. The only downside was they contacted me 20 minutes before arrival, which was a bit short notice. All in all, a great experience and a lovely addition to our home!
