I chose this rating because the sofa, in terms of firmness, is what I expected. However, there is one thing I would add to this sofa: some removable cushions on the backrest, because as the seat has a greater depth than usual, sometimes the position you sit in is a little uncomfortable, and the cushions that come included are too small for the size of the sofa. However, I am very satisfied overall.
