Good communication with the sales office. The sofa was packed and delivered correctly, it is of good quality, neither too hard nor too soft. The seat and backrest are made of sponge/foam. The cut and the seams are well made, it aligns correctly, the material that dresses it is pleasant to the touch and seems durable. If you cover it with a blanket, it doesn't slide off the sofa. As minus points: the sofa has a rather strong smell of glue that hasn't disappeared even after two weeks and the delivery is a bit late. But the wait is worth it. I recommend!
